    Default First AFF jump Saturday!

Should be a hell of a ride, well fall. Funny how many times I have been called "not normal" the last few days. Bet I get a good view of the fires.

Accelerated Free Fall. It's a skydiving thing. Been a long time, but I "think" AFF means you jump with someone, but not attached to them like a tandem jump. We did it all the old fashioned way.... x number of static line jumps, then x number of hop and pops, then we got to FF on our own. None of this jumping with a "lifesaver" stuff back in my days.

Go spend some time in the indoor tunnel before level 4. 10 minutes in there is worth about 15 jumps of experience. Learn how the little movements affect your flight before you are doing it under pressure (and for $200 a pop). Other than that....have fun! I may stop by mile high and get a jump or two in on Sat depending on winds.

    Relax & ARCH!

That is where I am going. Did my tandem at Skydive the Rockies. I planned on going to SkyVenture, still have a gift certificate for there.
