Lone Wolf Distributors had one of those with a Sound Tech silencer on it at SHOT show. It made me very happy.
Now that's a BIG gun.
Wouldn't fit in my safe either

I just emailed the company, and haven't gotten a reply yet. I have one major problem with this and that is that the 20mm ammo used in the Air Force's Vulcan Rotary Cannons, are ELECTRICLY PRIMED. I spent a few years as a bomb loader on F-16's and A-7D's that used that ammo and we had to ground our selves before touching these rounds to prevent the possibility of setting them off in our hands.
These rounds take 28 Volts DC to go, and it is possible to build this charge in static if conditions are right. When stationed in Korea, one of the guys pocketed a round and took it home and put it on his TV. As soon as he turned the set on, the round detonated and took off the top of his set. He was lucky he had a remote.
I'll post more when I hear back from the company about this. They may be using another type of ammo, but according to the site, it is the same as used in the Vulcans. This could be a bad thing.
Just got this responce from Mike Remo at Anzioshop.
"Hi Frank,
Thanks for the heads up. All the 20mm ammo has been loaded with the early style percussion primers. The weapon has a traditional firing pin arrangement and interchanges with 14.5mm Russian, converted vulcan 20mm or the 20x110mm hispano round. We only sell the electric primed versions to government agencies for testing purposes.
Thanks again,
Mike"
Ok, so you'll be fine so long as you use the ammo from them, but what ever you do, if you ever get one of these, don't go getting ammo from the military. Two different types of ammo. Be sure you use CONVERTED AMMO ONLY.
Got to admit though, that'd be one hell of a squirrel gun.
Question. Can you use it to hunt deer? [roll]
I've got time (and HUNDREDS of rounds) on the M61 [pirate]
I had the same question about the 'lectric primers but didn't worry about it as I can't afford the rifle or the ammo at this point!
