This makes me mad.

Okay, when crude was $145/barrel, I understand 85 octane should be $3.50/gal, but at $83/barrel?!?! I seriously believe this is NOT cause by excessive demand in area/region.

I know WY and CO has one of the lowest, but seems like they are higher than median. I think there is some kinda bottle neck effect going on near supply side in terms of refinery in CO.
