Israel survived the Six Days war because of the air superiority of the Mirage.... Out of a total of 58 Arab planes shot down in air combat during the war, 48 were accounted for by Mirages.

During the Kippur war the mirage kill ratio was 21 / 1. Only the F15 exceeded this ratio during the 80' conflict with Lebanon, egypt.

Air-air "combat" is for boys who wish they could participate in close air support with men.

As far as CAS goes, I'm better off throwing rocks at the target than trying to get a Mirage to do anything. Not to mention talking to a French pilot on the radio is more painful than punching myself in the d**k. No offense to anybody here that might be from France. It's just a language barrier thing.
