I had a chat with my two kids about that deal. The six year old said he would have gone up and sat by her so no one else would hurt her, and the nine year old said that if she had that phone taking the video, she would have used it to call 911 before holding the lady's hand.

My kids are good. It breaks my heart that the kids in the video have such pile of sh1t parents that were unable to teach them right from wrong.

Good for her! She didn't ask for the abuse and she didn't ask for the $$$ or vacation. She put up with the abuse and I hope she enjoys the people's generosity.

This is an example of CHARITY.

Good people doing good things for someone who was TRULY victimized in this situation, given of their OWN VOLITION.

The current culture has completely lost sight of what charity really means.

You give of yourself because you want to, because you believe in giving more than you receive.

But no, now we live in an age where "yeah, we will TOTALLY help people out. Hey government, will you create a completely useless department, TAKE money from people who may or may not wish to give it, pay people gobs of money they don't deserve to arbitrarily and frivolously distribute said money to God knows who and what so I can feel better about myself from behind the screen of my computer/smartphone/tablet? I hate to be a dick, but her JOB was to be a Bus Monitor . . . that makes her an authority figure whose JOB it is to prevent kids from being bullied. She FAILED at her assigned job. Sure, the kids failed at being human beings and should be expelled and put on a watch list, but she should be fired for incompetence and denied unemployment because she was incapable of doing her job. She didn't even report those kids. What would she have done if they were treating another child like that, or doing even worse? Probably not a damn thing. Enjoy your vacation and get a job as a Wal*Mart greeter . . . they'll even let you ride the little electric cart.

The thing that upsets me the most about this, was if it happened to MY Grandma she would've hauled off and started whalin' the shit out of those brats . . . and then she'd be charged with multiple felonies and sent to prison and put on a list. Incompetent crybaby gets a $700,000 vacation. She makes $15K a year and I'll bet she has a lot more usess for THREE QUARTERS OF A MILLION DOLLARS than a stupid vacation. That's Libtards for you though -- they see an "injustice" and think that throwing money at it will make everything better. Want to make things better? Pay off her bills, fix her car, and buy her a couple years worth of groceries. Sending her to Barbados for a month and feeding her boat drinks won't do her any good when she comes back home to her bills and broke ass car.
