    Default Pistol sight recomendations

I have an M&P9 that I will be using for carry. I recently installed a set of XS Big dots and they shot stupid low, even from a rest. During my CCW class, we did some defensive shooting drills and I didnt even use my sights. I just looked over the slide and shot instinctively. I was surprised at how easy it was to shoot this way. Anyway, Im looking for some different sights and Im eyeing the Trijicon HD's. Anyone have exp. with these or other quality night sights. I still target shoot with this gun so accuracy is a must.

I just bought a set of Amigo's from Bowers Tactical and they are amazing! Front sight has a Orange outter ring with a Trijicon center that glows green at night. Rear sight glows yellow. I dont know if Rob stocks those for the M&P, but I would guess he could get them for you.

Dawson Precision, Heinie, Warren Tactical/Dave Sevigney....either of those 3. I recommend staying away from "gimick" sights that claim to get you on target faster. There is a reason why plain black/colored or fiber optic/tritium front have been around for a long time.

I've been shooting with Heinie Straight 8's for years and love them.

Oohhoo I like the looks of those straight 8's. And with trijicon tritium in em, it seems like an awesome cross between the hd's and xs
