I use clippers as well. Spent $30 on them and haven't looked back for about 5 years. I have bought 2 haircuts in that time...both for weddings because my wife didn't want ME to screw up my hair...

I cut my little dogs hair as well. They want about $50 to do it each time...that's $250 a year
So I bought some doggy clippers for $35 and she turns out great after about 1/2 hour. and she doesn't get locked up in a damn cage with a dozen other dogs around her barking their nuts off. she always came out scared and shaking, and I couldn't take it any more!

I cut my own hair after I first got married (many years ago). My wife cried so hard, she made me promise I would never cut my hair again. She has been cutting it for me ever since. I still tell her she leaves it too long.
