    Default To get guys to wash their hands more often.

    These were installed in a men's restroom in an effort to get the guys to wash their hands more often and get them to stand closer to the wash bowl.
    Maybe this was done in Switzerland or Germany.

    Why does the last one look like it is trying to hold in a fart?

    Also, these should all have timers. Wash your hand too long and a dong appears on the front side.

    I bet those have to be cleaned off quite a bit.....

    Just take a peek underneath. If the slot is up and down then it's Germany . If it it's side to side , then duh .. It's Japan ! Lol
