I know someone who forgot their child in the car. Fortunately it was only for a few minutes and the child was fine. Of all things...it was on fathers day. He felt horrible about it. Keep in mind people, most of these incidents are accidents. Not from bad parenting. Not from drug or alcohol use. One parent isn't used to having to deal with the kid and the gov pushes they have to be in the back seat where they easily get forgotten. Especially if the kid is quiet or falls asleep.

Sad either way. Have to live the remainder of your life with this.

There is a clear distinction between people that are involved in their children's lives and those that are not. You guys that are unable to understand what Wetworks is talking about, are clearly involved with your kids. Unfortunately, I believe what he is talking about is more common than we would like with respect to people forgetting that children are in the back seat when they are not used to caring for the kid. I remember reading about a few more instances of this in France a few years ago where guys were driving to work and forgetting their babies in the car seat in the back.


The mom who went shopping absolutely knew and should be locked up and that kid put with someone who is capable of caring for her.

The state of Vermont, in the 1930's was offering early release to convicts that got sterilized, male and female. It worked unitl politicians started to realize the skeletons in their closets were included. Now, how many politicians were other than caucasion in 1930's Vermont.????? I know of a little female assnugget that just got out of juvy incarceration sixteen weeks ago and her grandmother just told me she is already pregnant. We are all very well aware of the crap that goes on, the long list of welfare programs. I would have to say almost all of us are against them, myself included. There used to be a time and place for them to help people who were truly in need, now it has turned into a new way of life and it needs to be gutted.
