    Default EARTHQUAKE!

Just experienced my first earthquake here in the 'stan. That felt sooo weird! It was awesome!

I was in a small one in San Diego while visiting an old Navy buddy. It was kinda mind blowing. A very odd feeling having the ground move beneath you!

First one I was in, I thought someone fell down the stairs hard. Then I realized I was in a one story home and there were no stairs.
    It's definitely a weird feeling.

I felt the same thing. You in Kabul, BAF or points farther east?

Hmm, Earthquakes in 'stanland...? I never experienced one when I was there, add that to one more reason YOU WILL NEVER SLEEP! We could have had several but we had one of the most active artillery units in RC East so we wouldn't have been able to tell...
Stay safe over there, all of you who are deployed!

My first earthquake was that one in 2010 that hit just south of Toronto, felt it all the way down in Fort Drum and some of my friends in Syracuse felt it too! Crazy....
