Any welders here able to fabricate this?

I'm looking to fabricate something similar to this for my truck (not exact, but a reasonable idea). I can probably do a functional hack job with square tube, but not round. I have no idea what a fabricator's time and skill is worth, but I'm trying to do this on a budget. Shoot me a PM with a ballpark, if interested.

My buddy could probably do this. he has been fabricating lots of stuff lately and they have a bender/shaper for the tube.

Metal Fab shop here at 6th and Sheridan by the new Grizzly Rock. They do this kind of work, just don't have any idea of cost to give you though.

for all others 600.00 painted 750 powder coated.
they have a rail that bolts to the bed and then the top rack pin on so that the rack is removable.

That would be interesting with a soft top fitted over it.

Nothing against the other fabricators here. I still miss Gib at Spidertrax.
