Did some research on them a while back.
Raffles are HIGHLY regulated in MOST states, and ILLEGAL in some.
Online raffles are a very RISKY business, since it crosses state lines, and they may, or may NOT, have registered it. Which is REQUIRED on ALL raffles.

P.S. I do like them, and sometimes buy tickets, but only local ones.
