    Default Carry Concealed on OHV without permit?

    I put off submitting my ccw paperwork and now it turns around to bite me. Im going trail riding this weekend and I want to carry. Open carry will be a last resort as I dont want to fall onto my gun. My dirtbike is an OHV(Off Highway Vehicle). Can I carry a pistol in a backpack or in bag strapped to the bike? From the quote below, it appears I would be OK to carry on an OHV but it is pretty vague as to whether or not it can be on my person(backpack) or in a bag attached to the bike.

    From RMGO:
    (3) (a) A person who may lawfully possess a handgun may carry a handgun under the following circumstances without obtaining a permit and the handgun shall not be considered concealed:

    (I) The handgun is in the possession of a person who is in a private automobile or in some other private means of conveyance and who carries the handgun for a legal use, including self-defense; or

    O no! I remember asking you about this a couple times..... Shame shame....

    From what you quoted I would say you would be ok, but I am no attorney..... Just my $.02

    Do you have a small games license? Says during hunting also...
