I came over to AR-15 CO because of a suggestion from a board member on CRN, But a quick about me.

I'm 23, Army Reserve after a few tours to our favorite vacation spots. I've been with 3ID, 82ND and 3BAT.

I'm fairly simple, I like firearms, automobiles of all flavors and being a dad...pretty much my 3 things in life.

I'm a new daddy at that, have a 12 wk old daughter and she's my world.

I typically carry my Springfield Armory XDm .40 S&W 3.8" when I'm out and about, and have my FNP-9 as my backup weapon cause ya never know when the shit will hit the fan.

Urrrrm...pretty much sums me up, I've built a few cars over the years, and a few rifles as well, but not to the extent which my new build is, truly a ground up build..so this will be a fun new experience for me. And on that note! Is there a legal section here that has all the Local laws on AR building, assembling, registering? I searched around and didnt see one..but perhaps I just gotta keep looking, otherwise....Google. But if there is a thread, it be great if someone could point me in the right direction.

Past cars, mostly Honda's, hate'em or love'em doesnt really matter to me...had a fun little 1.6L SOHC Civic putting down just over 400whp and over 335ft/lbs tq...so that was fun.

Now I drive an '03 Audi A4...got it to put my daughter in and get her around in comfort and safety..that tank is full of airbags.

But thats basically me in a nutshell!
