    I guess I figured it was an introduction..not just a " when can I sell shit" sort thing :P

    Its nice to have a community you can rely on as a knowledge base and experience based, figured I'd say what I had to bring to the table and that Im happy to be here.

    Glad to have you here! As far as "local" regulations on building an AR-15, there are none that I know of. Just need to comply with federal laws. Your lower receiver must have a serial number on it, the barrel must be at least 16" and the overall length must be at least 26". If you have more questions, ask away! There are many members here much more knowledgeable than I!
