Base jumper and the Cops
This guy isnt all that smart I am guessing, also I had never seen the way he pre-deployed his chute and jumps with it dangling down below him and sommersaults.

Woah! That was pretty sweet... I wouldn't have the balls to do that- maybe a packed chute but not a pre-deployed one, although looking at it, that might be preferable at a lower height.

i think the hammered routine was an act, for the camera. he had his shit wired tight. he knew exactly what he was doing and did it flawlessly.
Yeah, his perfect somersault deployed the canopy perfectly. But if he'd fallen off that ledge and down into his canopy.....dead meat. Plus the wind could have pulled him off. Or it could have gotten snagged on the bridge.....

So I don't get the big deal on why that is illegal?
So he wants to jump off a bridge, maybe his friends did it??
