ALS (Lou Gherig's Disease). Seen it, and it sucks. I'd rather face a chainsaw.

Worse though, for me personally, would be a debilitating stroke that I survived, but was left without use of my body. I respect folks who live and thrive after such an event, but it wouldn't be for me.

Drowning.. Since you would actually feel yourself dying. Especially when you brain FORCES you to breath in water. You actually kill yourself.

Burning alive or drowning, but being tortured would suck pretty bad too, like in the movie Saw.

+1 for me on burning/drowning. Freaks me the eff out to even think about it. The other one right there wiff boff dem would be going down in an airliner (no not mile high club going down). Hate flying! I can't see out the windshield!!!!

Knowing that BHO was re-elected and the country continues down in a spiral with continued loss of liberty and freedom while watching everything that makes this country great go the way of a third world nation with no hope in my lifetime knowing my son has to continue on never knowing true freedom and how great this nation is.
The rest of the suggestions would be quick and painless compared to that.
