While everything related to this incident is not logical to me, the OWS connection would make some sense...but then again it is unfair to put any connections anywhere until the truth comes out. The left and the media are tossing around names/groups etc without reserve.

It's not unreasonable to think that in a theater full of people, someone would get up to answer banging on the door, even just to shut them up. Curiosity killed the cat, too.

I completely agree. The shooter very well could have realized that eventually someone would open the door. And when they opened the door and saw him in his gear and armed no one (or very few people) are going to slam the door, they are going to retreat and provide the shooter entry into the theater.

wow, just listened to a 18 yo kids account of the shooting. he was in the theater. just sickening to listen to.

Now they are sending in a robot to try to get rid of the bomb(s). they say there are trip wires and multiple booby-traps which are very sophisticated.
