Man I have been arguing the last 2 days on fb and with people I know about our 2nd A rights because they don't think we need to own an Assault Rifle as they say. I think whomever becomes President will listen to the louder side so we just need to make sure we are louder than the anti gun.

8,775 Homicides in were gun related out of 300 million guns
32,788 Deaths total related driving out of 254 million cars
Out of those 32,788
10,839 Deaths related to DRUNK driving out of 254 million cars
There are more guns than cars in the US. Cars with drunk drivers kill 1.23 times more people per year Cars in general kill almost 4 times as many people per year. I think we need to discuss car control first.

1. Its a magazine, not a clip
2. There is nothing "extra" circular about the magazine
3. If by "round" he meant "cartridge," an "extra cartridge mag" does not exist as there is nothing extra about it.
4. It is not a federal offense to have "more circular clip" because they do not exist.

Sorry, but I just cannot see this shooting being stopped by a CCW holder. Either way, its speculation, but with sight impairing grenades initially employed, the film being distorted through the smoke/haze, people running everywhere, the lights are off, the reports of a shotgun and then a rifle...
I'm getting the hell out of there and not thinking of returning fire. The chances of getting a shot off (short of standing next to the shooter) with any accuracy would have to be little to no chance. Getting a shot off on an unarmored part of his body is even less. Sorry, but this is simply a leave the gun in the holster and get the hell out of dodge situation.

In a movie theater your pretty much stuck as the exists are a huge bottleneck. This guy was wearing armor which is bulky a helmet which is awkward a gas mask which I know us hard as shit to see anything let alone aim with and all while shooting. Combine that with low light conditions and I say the best way to stop him is to close the distance. I'd rather die going toward him that not.

Dude, remember your dealing with folks who pick up the phone and call for help! You been trained to be the one who they call..... Most CCW carriers have a lack of training and wouldn't even have a clue how to close the distance or advance on the subject if possible.
They never learned "tactics" and prob only put 1000 rounds down a range @ a paper target. My point is they have limited training.
I am on your side however, close with and destroy the enemy....
