The funniest part was watching the first guy try to go through the door while at least one (sometimes two) of the drill sgts. blocking the door.

No matter how many times you would tell recruits not to wipe their face, they spent the next three minutes smearing that CS all over themselves.

I really enjoyed the chem gear familiarization module of basic training.

CS gas is much more powerful than police riot gas, especially in the grenades.

Is there any intel on what the grenades looked like? If it was a Silver canister with a red stripe on it then it was a Military CS grenade. (ABC-M7A2)

Even if he had an interceptor style military outfit it wouldn't stop a knock down or possible penatration from a 44 mag or 45 cal or 40 or 10mm.

Knock down, as it were, isn't what you think it is, with low velocity arms like a pistol or even a .223 for that matter.

I watched a clip of the owner of Second Chance take a .308 from a FAL in the breadbasket with plates on and he doesn't even rock back. In the last fatal OIS at work, the bad guy took two to the mellon and went straight down. No dramatics. Just saying.

Any engineers here? The Ft Leonard Wood chamber was infamous for the tree right outside the exit door. CS and a concussion for the same price.

I'm curious about the gas as well. With the inaccuries I've read I wonder what it was exactly. Was is indeed a grenade or just some thing smoking that was tossed.
