And by justice do you mean sitting in prison playing checkers, eating free food, and bitching about not getting his free medication on time while the families of those who were killed suffer? Because that sure sounds like justice to me...

The death penalty was created for a reason. This is a shining example of when it should be used.

I'm not disputing the death penalty, I agree with you that this is a shining example for its use.

I know how upsetting this is and it is easier to just say you wish they would have shot him... I disagree with that... The thing is there could be more to this story.
