........but it makes you think a little, it hasn't even been 72 hours since the incident, investigators are stilling working it, now they have a 2nd interest that has disappeared. News media are on overdrive spewing out their garble-de-gook. Once you screen out the political agendas and sensationalism what you have left doesn't all match and the only person so far that can answer that is in custody and we are told not much being said. SO sometimes the situation isn't always so cut and dry as we hear it.

Another member from this forum on Friday made a good statement as we were discussing this. This is the first "large" massacre where the perpetrator did not off himself or was shot by LEOs. Should be an interest next couple months. Unfortunately no matter what the outcome all this will lead to, the fact is those who lost their life or their loved ones will never have it back
We don't know if it matches. We don't know why he did it, why he stopped, or why he told the cops about the IEDs in his apartment. But here's the thing. We don't really need to know at this point.

Maybe there are other things playing out. There are almost certainly undisclosed elements. This whole "the people have a right to know" attitude that permeates everything these days needs to stop. Sometimes making too much information public is counter-productive and even dangerous.

Also, it's not the first large scale shooting where the shooter was taken alive. Look at Brevik in Oslo.

This man now has the attention of the entire country in order to make his point.
