The reason why their country is overrun with violence is the restriction and and the fact that the Two Major Factions in control are the Government and the Cartels (if there is a difference). The average person is too poor to stand up because they are in essence slaves. Yea mexico is a real role model for the rest of the world alright.

History has taught us what happens when we allow restrictions to be put up against our right to defend ourselves, the peaceful utopia created by man is a myth and will never be achieved because certain men are just evil. Our country was built upon what few realized, to truly be free you need to have the right to protect yourself from inherently evil men. Our forefathers are Genius' for the 2nd Amendment.

Now more than ever people need the right to protect themselves. By the addition of restrictions the only thing you achieve is loss of freedom, your submitting to foreign rule, eventually giving yourself up into slavery. What do you think the wave of terrorist attacks will be in the future? It will be not the airport, it will be the largest amount of people in the smallest amount of space. The Walmart's, Sporting venues, Churches, Movie theaters, Restaurants. It would make perfect sense to introduce bans now, let more innocent people get killed for the lack of ability and means to defend themselves
