Looks like a nice one, ya got there!

Bought my first Garand last month at a local gunshow...an IHC receiver with mostly SA parts & a completely unmarked stock.

I'm guessing it was a CMP service grade purchase by somebody in the recent past by the looks of it...great bore that left 3/16 of an inch of space between the muzzle & the case of an M2 ball round when I did the unscientific 'bullet test'.

Probably paid more than I should have but the fact that it is in such good shape and that it's an IHC receiver will likely mean I won't have to wait too long for the value to catch up to what I paid for it. I'm very pleased with it.
