Kel-Tec's customer service is second to none! They spent more on postage & materials than I paid for parts. Not only that, but the turn around time was incredibly fast.

They have earned a customer for life.

That is good to know but you must add that you have to be the "original" owner or they charge you! In my opinion that is shit! Glock will warranty and cover postage no matter what.....

Sold my Kel-tec because of this and won't buy there stuff....

Hi Point will ask you to pay postage to their facility, but they toss in an extra mag when they ship the gun back First owner or 10,000th owner
