    Ok, my wife has been talking about trying this and now she is hell bent on finding some!
    AKA:
    German~Blut Wurst
    French~Boudin Noir

    Me~Totally F'n disgusting!

    Anyways, anyone know a place that sells it in Colorado Springs or even Denver?

    Butcher shop or Deli's etc.

    i have a nice store here up north but that wouldn't help you. i love blut wurst and leber wurst or as i had to ask for them in czech meat shops, jitronice and jatronice

    They have really good blood sausage at Euclid Hall (downtown Denver).

    Love it. Can't eat too much of it, because it's rich as hell, but it's good.
