Where was this? Last time I checked a sling wasn't a firearm or ammunition.
Location was in Centennial. Yes I complained, I used my 10 dollar score card to get it. Won't buy anything firearm related from them again.

how about "i'm not going to buy anything ever from them and I'm going to call corporate (phone calls are expensive, emails are cheap and ignored) and complain til i get a resolution????????"

Yes i am writing a letter tonight to the corporate office. My intention with this post is for others to pay attention to new corporate moves being done in response to the shooting. A sling is not a weapon, I suspect other bone head moves will be done too in the near future. I am not a person to make a scene but my reaction did draw attention.
A sling can increase the rate of fire by -1 when it gets in the way.
