I hope the police in his city go on strike. Wanna take bets on how long the locals wait till they break out the firearms and start defending themselves against the street thugs?

Oh, by the way...the city would probably start hurting really quick without the funding generated from the tickets the police hand out too.
If you want peace, prepare for war.

well I think that a total and complete gun ban would work as well as the total and complete ban on Homicides!

Let's not forget that this idiot (thanks for helping me figure out where exactly he falls, Mtn.man) only switched from Dem to Republican because there was a vacancy and possibility of getting elected. Worst variety of jellyfish ever.

The complete gun ban would work until our government starts running more guns to criminals.

While we're at it we should ban Alcohol too, since the drug ban is working so well...

If they go on strike let them. No pay at all. And they lose their jobs. Their job is to enforce the laws on the books. They have the option of working somewhere else. Blomberg is on his way out

Were talking about a man who wants to regulate the size of soft drinks because he believes there bad for people. Hopefully this little dictator retires soon.

Mayor Bloombag is exactly what typifies the Liberal Leftists of this once great nation. He is yet another in a long line of twisted morons who think we need protecting from ourselves. Seatbelt laws, curfews, warning labels on food products, etc. This is the same idiot that wants to ban soda drinks, because...you might get fat. Wow, what a concept. Super Bloombag to the rescue. Whatever would we do without him?
Piers Morgan is a complete moron and well, British. My apoligies to my British half of my family, but seriously? Keep this kind of trash over on your side of the pond, I'll keep the Git-R-Dun crew over here. Only a liberal/Trotskyite, Labour party twatter like Piers Morgan would even suggest that the police departments of this country go on strike. Hello? Mr Ponce Morgan, what freaking planet are you on?

The last time we had a massive knee-jerk reaction was after 9/11. What did we get? The Patriot Act, the Department of Homeland Security, the damned TSA. All of which seemed like a really good idea at the time to a lot of Americans. Folks, we lost a lot of our freedoms when this was allowed and allowed to continue on. We now live in a police-state, like it or not, it is the truth and a simple fact of life. Next time you're out doing your shopping, count the number of cameras taking your picture. Tell me, how does that make you feel? Safer? Violated? Invaded?

Welcome to 1984...in the year of our Lord, 2012...

    Cheers!
