    Wow! Although our Arty unit's OIC on our FOB back in '09, when they first started using the Excalibur rounds said "With perfect conditions- the right elevation, optimum aiming, and a very strong tail wind- it's not impossible for these rounds to push out to 32miles... but we'll just stay in our effective range because you'd need at least a constant 50MPH wind the whole way."
