    Checkin' in as usual.

    Started getting back into running on Monday. Bought a nice pair of running shoes on Wednesday. All I can say is, holy hell. I can barely walk these past few days! Feels good to be back out there running, but man, I just wish I could skip the painful first few weeks of getting my muscles back.

    She seems to to have a few ninja tricks under her belt. She jumps at one corner of the fence and rebounds off the other corner to get a lot of extra height to chase squirrels but this time she forgot to land on her feet....
