Yeah, that's what I do in order to get good time with my kiddos. After a night shift, I usually sleep 7-10, and then 12-4. If that doesn't work out, then I'll take another nap between 6-8pm.
Problem is, I don't fall asleep easily or nap well.

If I take a supplement - 2.5mg melatonin, or half of an ambien (2.5mg) it's hit or miss, and then often groggy when I awake.
