I work nights, 4 nights on, twice per month. I sleep at work during the day. When I get home after a shift (usually around 730am), I go to sleep and wake up around 2-3pm. Then I stay up until 11pm, take a melatonin and hop in bed. The next day I am wide awake at 8am and back on a day schedule.
This is my last night shift for a long time! Woooooooo! I finally got a day job!
