I'm lucky, I only have to work 4 nights in a shift, then I'm off for 1-2 weeks between shifts. Its a pretty nice setup!

Just finished my day. That's not at all the image I wanted to go to sleep with. Jesus.

But it's crazy how it brought back my days on the rigs in Texas and Louisiana. That was back in the '80's. Nothing changes.

I knew a toolpusher several years ago

He was promoted from driller to toolpusher when the company was sued because they took a picture with his wang on an asleep roustabout's face.

The promotion was so that he wouldn't share the same bunk house with the crew.
