    Default Does anyone have a .500 S&W?

    Let's try this again...

    Mods: This thread doesn't belong in the wanted section. I DO NOT want to buy the gun. I just want to shoot it. If this some how does warrant being in the wanted section PM me first.

    I'm looking to SHOOT a .500 S&W revolver. I got an itch to shoot something big last night and the biggest handgun I could come up with was the ol .500.

    I was curious is anyone here owns one and would like to join me at the firing line down in Aurora Tuesday. I'll buy the ammo and you can keep whatever is left over for your time. I might shoot 5 rounds total.

    A .50 AE Desert Eagle would serve the same purpose. Same deal on that one with the ammo.

    If anyone wants to just join me for some fun on Tuesday you're all welcome to show up at about 11:30 on Tuesday at The Firing Line. Thanks.

    I'm gonna see if I can get Chris's high speed camera and see if we can video tape the event. I know we used some footage when we set up my bow awhile ago.

    Nice. Probably do a better job than my phone.

    Now the secret is out... I wanna take a slow motion video of me, or anyone else, shooting the .500.

    The .50 AE is a pussycat compared to the .500S&W Mag ... that said, I find the .454 Casull and its new big brother the .460S&W Mag to be much harder on the shooter.

    It's more about muzzle blast, really... Lol. But, having never shot anything over .357 mag. I'm open to suggestions.

    I have both, 500 S&W And the 50 AE......But I won't be available for a while. Until my work schedual changes. Which is a good thing?? Right!!
