The charge of First Degree Murder with indifference to human life is easier to prosecute than First Degree Murder with premeditation.
I think we need to find him guilty and light him up ASAP.. A short time frame will be a better message than how many appeals this wack job is entitled to... Under thirty day time frame suits me and it has already been a week! There are no shortage of witnesses are there?
He needs to be put to death.
Man if this guy gets off with an insanity plea I will lose all faith in our justice system. He knew what he was doing and it was obviously premeditated.
Even if found guilty it will take YEARS to actually execute him. Look at Nathan Dunlap. He was sentenced in 1996 and is still on death row.
