I hate my landlord. Drunk comes over a few days before rent is due and hands me a sewer bill with $220 past due and tells me we are now responsible for sewer and trash. Her excuse is she is to broke to afford it anymore. In the years living here I have put more money into maintenance than they ever have. Booze is more important to them. They live next door to me and complain about my kids constantly.
