I hate my landlord. Drunk comes over a few days before rent is due and hands me a sewer bill with $220 past due and tells me we are now responsible for sewer and trash. Her excuse is she is to broke to afford it anymore. In the years living here I have put more money into maintenance than they ever have. Booze is more important to them. They live next door to me and complain about my kids constantly.

I'd have to double check but unless you shouldn't be responsible for charges unless agreed to by you. Video her when she shows up drunk. Then when she tries to evict you, use the tape in court.

she probably is too broke to evict you too; call her bluff. She loses rental income and pays for the eviction.
