+1,+2,+3 Pearce extensions for Glock

I am considering picking some of these extensions up but I am concerned about the mag spring tension. Do I have to make some type of additional modification or replace the mag spring? I am working with a Glock 26 sub-comp. 9mil.

+1 extensions work perfectly with stock springs...can't speak to +2s or +3s
