CCW at Adams county fair grounds?

So living up to my user name I am more than likely going to the tractor pulls at the fair tonight. My questions i can't find a yes or no for the fair grounds and conceal carry. Any help would be great.

Yes, matter of fact they cannot prohibit it unless they meet all the requirements.
