Default Saw Tab Benoit last night at Louisville Street Fair

Saw a great performance last night by Tab Benoit at the Louisville Street Fair. So who is Tab Benoit? Most here might recognize him by the opening song of the "Sons of Guns" show. You know "The Earth can shake, the Sky come down...". That one is called "Shelter me". http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=40OBYIPDbHk

Fantastic 3-piece band (Guitar/voice, bass, drums). Tab has a great voice and fantastic guitar skills. If they are still in CO, it could be worth your while to see some fantastic Louisiana Blues.

Was turned on to him in 96 while listening to KCSU (CSU radio station) the DJ was Kai Turner, who is now a dj on 103.5 Fox.
Have a few autographed cd's of his. If you are unable to obtain some of his older releases LMK

Good stuff. The album that he did with Jimmy Thackery (Whiskey Store) is a regular in my road trip rotation.

I've played the same stage as Tab at Herman's a couple years ago. Amazing musician to see live. Also,Check out a band called Back Door Slam. If you like Tab, you're gonna dig this cat.
