A little further drive from Kiowa and you'll find BLGC.org

Membership is currently capped, but it's worth applying and getting on the wait list as positions do come open when people drop, move away, etc. As the ranges improve, they may raise the cap.

    From the site:

Many Members are very Informative and Skillful and are willing to provide Professional Education and classes for the novice shooter. BEN LOMOND GUN CLUB has a well established Youth Shooting Facility to forward the development of Safe Handling of Firearms and to Protect the Future of the Shooting Sports in our United States of America.

Affiliated clubs also use a portion of the Facilities for Special Events. Membership for BEN LOMOND GUN CLUB is through its Club Chapters, which include TriLakes (Monument), Franktown, Elizabeth, Littleton, Colorado Springs and Calhan.
I haven't been to a chapter meeting in about 6 months, but I talked quite a bit with the club Pres George W. yesterday at the range and the membership cap has been lifted. He said the Franktown chapter took in all 28 on their waiting list at the last meeting.

Anyone sitting on the fence or looking to get in better do it before another cap gets imposed. The addition of the 6 competition pistol berms was a major contributing factor to lifting the cap.

Credit Zundfolge: The left only supports two "rights"; Buggery and Infanticide.
Credit roberth: List of things Government does best; 1. Steal your money 2. Steal your time 3. Waste the money they stole from you. 4. Waste your time making you ask permission for things you have a natural right to own. "Anyone that thinks the communists won't turn off your power for being on COAR15 is a fucking moron."
