IIRC Wisconsin is one of those states with a LOT or restrictions on where you're allowed to carry and CCW in churches is verboten.

I can only think of a couple of groups that would target Sikhs for violence ... Muslims and idiots that think Sikhs are Muslims because they wear turbans.

I would argue that any Neo-Nazis or white supremacists that would attack a Sikh temple are covered in that second group of idiots.

Why would they target Sikhs? Those guys are totally harmless!

I'd go one further, if we end up in a global war against Islam it will be the Sikhs that are among the strongest allies of the west against the Jihadists. The shooter was ex military and sounds like he was discharged underless than honorable conditions. His last unit was Psychological operations of all things.
