    Default Anyone knows this attorney?

In my endless quest for an attorney to call, God forbid I should ever have to use my CCW, I stumbled upon this guy:
    http://www.omalleylawoffice.com/
I shot them an email explaining what I was looking for (somebody whose number I could keep in the wallet just in case) and they called me almost immediately.
The guy I talked to, a paralegal named Greg, was cool enough and he told me that, after speaking to the actual attorney, a retainer was definetely unnecessary, but that I was more than welcome to give them a call 24/7 if necessary.
Fees are in the $300/hr, with a "first response" kind of deal probably costing around that much.
Looking through the web site they appear to be strongly pro 2nd.
I do not have any direct experience and I realize people can write anything about themselves without that being necessarily true...
    Anybody knows these guys?
    Thoughts?

I don't know about him. My attorney, in case something unfortunate happens involving my CCW, is Tony Fabian. The guy has literally seen thousands of cases involving firearms, has an excellent reputation, and is very enthusiastic about what he does.

No prob, good luck. He came and spoke at my CCW class about the legal implications of all things CCW, it was very informative and gave me way too much to think about.

He has a plan where you can make a deposit and if you EVER have any problems, day or night, holidays, whatever, he will immediately drop what he is doing, show up to the scene and start working on your case.

Tony and his buddy Dave took me under their wing when I was in high school and trained me in the arts of trap and skeet! Very solid guy who knows what he is doing.

Word of mouth and .......... the web have Tony high up there.
Unfortunately you cannot put a price on freedom, especially in today's emotionally charged environment

So I contacted this Fabian guy.
Without getting into the details (confidentiality) he requested a retainer of $1000 to start any kind of relationship in order for him to provide initial reppresentation in the aftermath, with no guarantee on his individual availability without advance notice...
