It's been a few years but I worked on the ranch that surrounds Riverside. Private irrigation reservior that has sold hunting rights to a private club. No public access that I know of. If it makes you feel better I only saw carp washed up on the shores.

there is a public side of the riverside - a large pond. We were fishing there a few weeks back, daughter caught a small catfish.

Just off hwy 85 hwy 34.

HBAR I'm not following you on purpose. I'm about 10 miles east of town. Have often seen your location and wonder if I might know you. The grasslands cover alot of area though. Been up here for the last 10-11 years now.

Default No Public Fishing Access at Riverside Resevoir - It is Privately Owned.

Unfortunately, Riverside Reservoir near Masters Colorado off of Hwy 34 is privately owned by the Riverside Ditch and Land Company. It is also surrounded by Eagles Nest Ranch which is owned by Phil Anschutz. There is no public access for fishing, hunting, boating, etc., Many forums note that your can fish this place but the company employees will asked you to leave if found on their property or a trespass violation will be issued. Also, some forums and websites confuse this reservoir with riverside park near Evans, CO which has a pond for fishing or Riverside Campground in central Colorado.

Something along the lines of "undead" would've been better. But I do loves me some Monty Python.

Don't know how I missed this thread. Thanks for the bump, I'll check out Riverside Reservoir this weekend. Which exit off I-76 is best if I'm coming from Denver?
