I check here probably 7-8 times a day. Clicking new post 3-4 times a session lol.

some days i just leave it up in a tab and goof off all day and others i dont even stop in , depends on the day

A lot more than I realized....
Roughly 2x daily - maybe more if there are hot threads I'm tracking.
Then sometimes not at all for a week or so, if on travel or vacation.
