Starbucks tall ice coffee.
I am a green star member, so it is unlimited free refill.
I refill about 2-3 times per visit.
I would say I go there about 3times/week now.
So how many #'s ya put on so far?
Yup! My wife gets excited when summer comes around. When it's time for me to put the a/c back in the window, she reminds me that it's time to start brewing coffe and keeping it in the fridge. We go through twice as much coffee, and keep the coffee pot and an extra pitcher of coffee ready. Goes down super fast on a warm morning at the patio table!
Oh yeah, about 8 cups/day
I've never really drank coffee.. I just don't like the taste.
Never got the allure of all the fancy coffee drinks either.. load em with sugar and cover the original taste of burnt ass?
I don't understand you people!![]()
Don't drink the stuff, something like 550 to 750 calories per cup.
But have a friend who got hooked on it and she gained about 20 lbs over a year. Doc said pretty much just the coffee.
maybe she should cut back on the ice.
O wait! No calories in Iced coffee... i don't add anything to it, just black. If you go to Starbucks or others and get the foo foo Iced drinks then yes calorie loaded. As a matter of fact I lost 14 lbs in the last six weeks.
When you said # thought you meant something else....
Excerpt from a website (livestrong) Calories
One cup of regular black coffee brewed from ground beans holds only 2 calories, and 1 fluid ounce of rich black espresso contains only 1 calorie. One teaspoon of regular instant coffee powder also carries just 2 calories. Brewing coffee from decaffeinated beans reduces the calorie count to zero, but decaffeinated coffee powder doubles the calories found in 1 teaspoon to 4. Sweeteners, flavorings and cream or milk deliver the calories in rich modern coffee drinks, some of which may yield 700 calories per serving.
