Default More charges of lawlessness and unethical behavior in the executive branch

Not that this is the first time bad behavior has been observed in the Federal government, but are we seeing a pattern?

The GSA scandal was just a few months ago...

This is what happens when the top guy appoints bad people to top positions. Bad people tend to appoint other bad people...

Character matters. History shows these similar types of things to happen by people with similar ideologies. Ever read of all the accounts of other 'regimes'?

Don't fear your government. Correct your government when it steps out of line.

"I am a conservative. Quite possibly I am on the losing side; often I think so. Yet, out of a curious perversity I had rather lose with Socrates, let us say, than win with Lenin."

+1. I think old Carl Shurz had something to say along those lines:

"The Senator from Wisconsin cannot frighten me by exclaiming, “My country, right or wrong.” In one sense I say so too. My country; and my country is the great American Republic. My country, right or wrong; if right, to be kept right; and if wrong, to be set right."
