    Give these guys a break, they were not dumb enough to use a rope. Look closer at the picture, it is a tow strap !

    Done that, several times...Run the rope between the forks, by the triple tree, bring the end to the handlebar and hold it on the grip.
    If necessary you let go of the rope and you are fine...Hey, I'm still in one piece!

    I myself do not see the issue but to each his own. I have been towed with much less. Used to get towed in the race cars and Karts with ropes so as long as one understands how it is done.......

    I guess if one has the $100 to get towed 20 blocks vs a friend that will help ya out. When my GP lost the WP on the way to work I called. To go 3 miles by just calling a company it was $125. To have it towed by my son that had access to a rollback it was $40. To have a friend that had a clue how to tow with a strap was $0.

    Just a thought.

    Been there, and done that. Towing a bike can be fun, as long as your the tower!!
