Default Any flintknappers or flintlock shooters need flint?

Took the dogs out this morning, and found a pretty good amount. None of its terribly big, but I've got plenty around here. Figured maybe someone might have a use for it.

Thanks for the kind offer. At one time I sure could have used some different flints. Now, I don't have need for any as I got rid of my T/C Flintlock .50 muzzle loader just a few years ago. Maybe I just had some crappy flints but I never did get that flint lock to work properly and consistently.
Didn't I "almost" get a can of B.P. from you a few years ago?

When I get back off deployment I'm coming up to Denver to get some of my stuff that the MIL stored for us when the wife moved during my last deployment; I may see if I can get some from ya.

I was just out shooting today, I have been using English flints, but would enjoy trying some local stuff.

Many years ago, someone informed me that the very best flints usually come from Scotland. Don't know how true that is.

You're confusing flints with Skin Flints. 2 different things. One starts a fire the other is too cheap to buy a hose for putting it out.

I wouldn't have the first clue as far as the quality of this flint; I just have a big handful, and can easily find more in the back pasture.

Not too cheap, just figures why buy a hose when he is already equipped with at least a short "HOSE" of his own......
