Whoa, old thread!
So, I drank all the whiskey we had left, then I bought some more (Leopold's from Colorado), and drank that. The point of this post is that the Feckin Irish Whiskey was always in a totally different ballpark than the other whiskeys, and I could never figure out how people drank Irish Whiskey. I used to hang out/work at a bar, and the bartendfers would swig out of a handle of Jameson, and I could hardly do a shot. Anyway, ever since I decided to stop spending money on liquor every weekend (so I could buy a scope), and I've only had the bottle of Feckin left, I've found it increasingly easy to just drink out of the bottle without even cringing.
What is it with drinking Irish Whiskey out of the bottle anyway?
P.S. Sorry in advance for this lubbed up post, in an old thread that has run its course.
