    Default In a bind

OK, so I have a client who is refusing to pay me, they owe me a ton of $$ right now. They are stalling ,hoping I will look the other way and lower what is owed. Not gonna happen!

So anyway with the boy going back to school, rent, bills etc. It has taxed me considerably... Wa Wa Wa!

Anyway I am not one to cry or reach out but it got me thinking; If anyone on here needs there CCW/CHP I will work it out with you at a discount....

You pay range fee's (or we go to National Forest), have a box of 50 rounds and 3-4 hours of your time...

    If interested PM me...

    got a contract?????????
cuz without one, you're in trouble.

Get a lawyer's "scare" letter. Yeah, it will cost you about 2 hours, but it tends to help.

oh, and never do business with real estate developers. (even lawyers told me this)

O I am good on that front, there not going any were or getting out of it. I have a tight contract and doc's that ties them up tight. Not the 1st time in 16years someone tried getting out of paying.

They just think they have space to beat me up and they don't realize it cost them more everyday I don't get paid.

Scare letters been sent, intent to lien sent to Bank, Title company and owner, in 6 more days it get's filed. 30-60 days i might get paid, until then I beg! The pleasures of being in business for yourself!

    I feel ya dude!

Coming up on a yr a client of mine still owes me almost $9k.

Guess providing a service don't mean much to people anymore.

10mm, I feel your pain as I have been there myself. What these dead beats forget, or don't care, its the small business man's family that shares the pain.

There should be some sort of double or treble damages for bad faith in instances like this.

Yes Ridge, let's call Uncle Vido! His methods are proven.

I feel your pain. The new thing for me is they say they will not send a payment until after the lien waiver is received. Not
